Within the framework of my work as VP STEP of ELSA Lucerne I take care of our Student Trainee Exchange Programme called STEP. This programme enables students and young lawyers in Europe to complete an internship abroad and to gain valuable experience.

My field of responsibility contains the coordination of the Exchange Programme within Lucerne as well as assistance and encouragement of the interested students to find traineeships and applicants. In this connection I’m available in case of questions and support the officers by supplying them with all necessary material and assistance.
A main focus is on the marketing of STEP, e.g. by providing various marketing materials or by placing STEP in different media.

In the national network I represent the interests of ELSA Lucerne and work together with the officers on the improvement and development of our Student Trainee Exchange Programme.
