ELSA organizes legal seminars and conferences all over Europe in order to ensure a better legal education as well as cultural and social exchange for all law students.
In order to reach this goal, our seminars and conferences focus on a wide scope of legal topics. They range from general insights and introductions to a legal area to in-depth examination of topics of study and to interdisciplinary topics or problem areas that, as a rule, are not part of our university education.
The diverse cultural backgrounds of young lawyers from all over Europe make for interesting discussions on the most varied of topics that only ELSA can present in this way.
Other typical S&C events include summer law schools (seminars lasting at least a week), study visits (where two ELSA groups visit each other) and institutional visits (visit of a national or European/international institution).
